Mission
Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Installation Service Manager ensures that worksites are operating efficiently.
Required profil
Autonomous, sociable, dedicated, creative, can foresee issues and problem solve. Bilingualism is required.
Main responsibilities
- Establish installation schedule
- Lead the service department (PMS)
- Manage construction team
- Training of construction team
- Manage subcontractors
- Complete required paperwork
- Participate in construction meetings
- Evaluate areas of improvement
Required skills
- Skilled in manual labour
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and ERP software
- Read plans and spot irregularities
- Complete work as per plan
- Respect and enforce H&S rules and regulations
