Design and construction of a fixed aluminum pontoon for 25-metre boats at the entrance of Chiavari Marina.
Chiavari is a tourist destination where boating is very popular. The municipality needed more facilities on the water and capacity to accommodate larger boats.
Technical traits
The solution proposed and installed by Poralu Marine was to build a fixed aluminium structure with a wood decking to replace the existing concrete structure. This allowed us to maintain a similar aesthetic and resistance to the previous dock whilst offering the modularity and flexibility that our technology offers, with little maintenance needed.
