Strong desire to differentiate from the other marinas in the region.
Boats ranging from 7 to 25 metres.
Difficult winter conditions: Floating docks are frozen in ice throughout the winter season.

Design and construction of ice-resistant floating docks.
The design of the marina is optimised for intensive uses and conditions. The marina is home to a Nordic-style ice fishing village during the winter months and yachts during the rest of the year.
